The world is my oyster....

After my best friend Lynsey suggested I write a blog for all my baking and cooking experiments, I considered it for a nano second and decided she was right. So my blog is going to be all about my successes and failings in the kitchen. I'll also try to recreate many of my families recipes from the UK and Tunisia and also keep a log of my journey as a frustrated amateur cake baker. Very excited of what I have to show you.
